In Memory

On Monday I ordered this bracelet for my brothers from a shop on Etsy and got them yesterday (which was really quick!).  I love how they turned out and Craig really liked it too (I posted it to Facebook):

I ordered a couple of different styles for myself (because this one was too big and masculine) but I haven't received them yet. Hopefully I will be as happy with them as I am with these. I think they make a great memorial piece for Mom, and I especially like having the "I'll fly away oh glory" on them, as that was one of the songs that was sung at her service. I'm pretty sure Mom would like these too, and I know she would be happy to know that her kids are staying in touch. I am rather surprised at that myself as I had told her I didn't think I would ever talk to Van again once she was gone, but instead we text all the time and talk on the phone.  Go figure. God does work in mysterious ways for sure.
